About
Experience
Prior to beginning full-time consulting in 2016, I enjoyed a 20-year career in non-profit leadership, higher education, and community development. Those two decades of hands-on experience as a leader in organizations and communities are an essential strength in my consulting work.
Education
My two advanced degrees are in Counseling and Adult Education, which means I love to study how people relate, communicate, learn and make positive change. I've continued my education through advanced training and professional certifications in facilitation, mediation, coaching, organizational strategy, and change management.
What else?
Outside of work, I love to play outside! I hike, backpack, bike, kayak, ski, and love to travel with my husband Jarren. A few other tidbits: I grew up in rural South Dakota where my high school graduating class had 12 (yes, TWELVE!) students, I'm a podcast junkie, drink too much coffee, love to lift weights, and just finished my SCUBA certification. Wondering anything else? Just ask!
