EDUCATION & PREPARATION
My two advanced degrees are in Counseling and Adult Education, which means I love to study how people relate, communicate, learn and make positive change. I've continued my education with advanced training and professional certifications in facilitation, mediation, coaching, organizational strategy, and change management.
